Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Securely place your eyewear and all original packaging, including the protective case and cleaning cloth, into a shipping box.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
